What can we help with?
- Tool support. Stuck compressing a 100 MB scan or fitting a passport photo into a specific KB limit? Include the file type, the tool you used, and the browser you're on.
- Bug reports. A screenshot plus the URL where you saw the issue is enormously helpful. We treat reproducible bugs as our top priority.
- Spec corrections. Passport or visa requirement out of date? Send the official source link and we'll patch it within a week.
- Press & partnerships. Journalists, immigration professionals, NGOs and product partners are welcome — please introduce yourself and your organization.
Before you write: the three fastest answers
Roughly half the messages we receive have a same-minute answer, so it is worth checking these first. If none of them fits, write to us — we would much rather read one more email than leave someone stuck.
- "My download is watermarked." Previews are free and watermarked so you can confirm the result before paying. A clean, full-resolution file is unlocked by the one-time pass or a plan; nothing about your image changes between the preview and the final export apart from the watermark.
- "The tool failed on a very large file." Processing happens inside your own browser, so the ceiling is your device's memory rather than a server limit. Closing other tabs, or reducing the image dimensions before compressing, resolves most failures on phones and older laptops.
- "Can you resend my file?" We genuinely cannot — your images are never transmitted to us. Re-running the tool on your original file reproduces exactly the same result.
What a useful message looks like
We can usually fix a problem on the first reply when a message includes four things: the page address you were on, the device and browser you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For a specification correction, add a link to the issuing authority's own page — that single link is what lets us verify and patch within a week rather than opening a research thread.
Please do not attach the photograph or document itself. We do not need it, we would rather not hold it, and describing the file type and size tells us everything we can act on.
What we do with what you send
Your name, email address and message are used to answer you and for nothing else. They are not added to a marketing list, not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anything. Threads are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up and can be deleted on request — write "delete my message" and we will confirm once it is gone. Our full handling of personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
