Roughly half the messages we receive have a same-minute answer, so it is worth checking these first. If none of them fits, write to us — we would much rather read one more email than leave someone stuck.

- "The tool failed on a very large file."Processing happens inside your own browser, so the ceiling is your device's memory rather than a server limit. Closing other tabs, or reducing the image dimensions before compressing, resolves most failures on phones and older laptops.

كيف تبدو الرسالة المفيدة
We can usually fix a problem on the first reply when a message includes four things: the page address you were on, the device and browser you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For a specification correction, add a link to the issuing authority's own page — that single link is what lets us verify and patch within a week rather than opening a research thread.
Please do not attach the photograph or document itself. We do not need it, we would rather not hold it, and describing the file type and size tells us everything we can act on.

Your name, email address and message are used to answer you and for nothing else. They are not added to a marketing list, not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anything. Threads are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up and can be deleted on request — write "delete my message" and we will confirm once it is gone.
